The incredible upset earlier today of Appalachian State over those bastards in Maize and Blue (Michigan) was awesome. For those that didn't see, or don't care because its not hockey, the big deal is that the equivalent of a minor league college football team beat the fourth best team in the top tier. Michigan, ranked 4th in the nation lost to A-State 34-32 thanks to a blocked field goal. It was an utterly fantastic finish to an awesome game.

So why do I care and why am I mentioning it here?

Because it allows me to bring up the Miracle on Ice again - the biggest upset in sports ever!!
